Is there a free trial available?
Yes, you can try Caremate for free for 30 days. We'll support you during your trial so you can get the most out of your experience.
Is my data safe?
We take privacy and security very seriously. We've put in place a number of technical precautions, including strong encryption for data at rest and in transit. We train employees on security, health data and privacy topics and limit access to sensitive data within our team.
Where is my data stored?
Data is securely stored in Canada for Canadian users. Data for users in the US or other countries is stored in the United States.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You may delete your data for any reason, at any time, and doing so will permanently delete the data from Caremate's systems.
Does Caremate require installation?
No. Caremate is a web application that can run in your browser on Chrome or Safari on a variety of devices.
